All I am going to say about is that this is a fantastic guitar that suits the way I play so much I feel as if I designed it myself. Here is the Ovation blurb.

Once musicians found out that they could play amplified, they demanded that manufacturers of archtop guitars, used in the jazz band and the orchestra, be made with built-in pickups so that they could be heard through instuments in the horns and the violin family.
