But the most curious case that Sam Stein and Jason Cherkis covered this year was that of Ben Konop, whose public booing came to symbolize the death knell of his bid for Toledo mayor. Animated films have always been populated by voices belonging to comedians whose material is decidedly unsafe for youngsters. But the show succeeds even when it tackles more abstract concepts. Like the best episodes, it not only elevates the importance of something oft-ignored, it uses that sense of discovery to challenge the perceptions of what we collectively deem insignificant or unworthy of examination. Aside from one nationally syndicated exception, panel shows have never reached the saturation here in the States that their British counterparts enjoy.
In each episode, Andrea Silenzi speaks with friends, experts, and guys in bars about where love and sex meets technology. The show tells the stories about relationships by blurring the lines between memoir, documentary, and fiction. Her show interrogates romance and human relationships in the digital age, but it does so in a manner that defies shape and form. I always wanted my clients to feel their feelings.

Though still a young man, he has watched society descend into its present morass with great sadness, combined with a determination to help make things better. Wonderful, informative podcast. Listeners who take issue with the hosts voices should dig a little deeper to explore the root of their bias–I think NPR has some pieces on .

When men are deciding who to contact on dating sites, looks matter a great deal. Now, why did Oyer suddenly turn his attention to online dating?
And, more important, he realized, dating could be much improved if only everybody approached it like an economist would. Now, of course he would say that — he is an economist. But whoever you are, when it comes to online dating, it helps to start with some facts: A typical study will find that a person with one more year of education holding everything else equal makes 8 to 10 percent more than someone with one fewer year of education.
So an overweight person who is otherwise medium attractive will do almost as well as a medium attractive person who is not overweight. Men, on the other hand, care a lot less about income. So that makes sense that women should be more attracted to money than men to begin with.

A new report released Wednesday by a prominent Republican senator suggests texts between an FBI lawyer and an agent who was once part of Robert Mueller’s special counsel team show that then-President Barack Obama was keeping tabs on the agency’s investigation into the Hillary Clinton email scandal. Johnson suggests in the report that one particular set of texts between Strzok and Page — who were romantically involved — revealed that the two had been tasked with preparing talking points for then-FBI Director James Comey because Obama apparently wanted to be kept abreast of the case.
The Republican’s report pointed to a text exchange from Sept. But the right pounced anyway , excited by the prospect that there might be new proof of Obama personally intervening in the Clinton case.

They give new artists in a medium places to start, examples to learn from, accomplishments to improve upon. But what is a podcast? For our purposes, a podcast is a piece of audio that was created at least in part for digital release. Jada Yuan met with Maron for a magazine article before a Saturday night performance at the Stress Factory in New Brunswick, New Jersey, to turn the tables and talk about how he made a culture of failure into a raging success. Where did you get the idea to do interviews and this podcast?
